Shipping

We ship all packages with tracking to ensure packages are delivered. Please have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address, as we are not responsible for missing/stolen packages that have been tracked as "delivered".

Items are picked, packed and shipped on weekdays only (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and not on public holiday's. Please keep this in mind when purchasing Express Shipping on weekends.

Perth Harley-Davidson takes no responsibility for items that do not arrive within the specified shipping time-frame. Once your item is dispatched to Australia Post, delivery time frames are out of our control.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping within Western Australia is $9.95

Express shipping within Western Australia is $19.95

Standard shipping to all locations outside Western Australia is $19.95.
Express shipping to all locations outside Western Australia is $29.95.

Standard shipping times of 3-5 days apply to all items.

Shipping Provider

Perth Harley-Davidson uses Australia Post to ship all online store items.

We send orders via Registered or Express Post, depending on the selection made at checkout.

International Customers

Unfortunately, we don't ship items internationally at this stage.

Order Hasn't Arrived?

When you place an order on the Perth Harley-Davidson Online Store, you will receive an email confirmation with the Australia Post Tracking Number, you can track this online at www.austpost.com.au/track.

 If you cannot locate your tracking number, please email us at Marketing@perthhd.com.au.  

Stock Availability

Online stock quantities are updated daily, however on occasion, stock may have sold out in store and might not be reflected on the Online Store.

We reserve the right to decline an order due to lack of stock availability but will inform you of this and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.
 
Online Store Returns Policy

You may request an exchange or refund on your purchase by retaining your Invoice or Receipt.

Please contact us at Marketing@perthhd.com.au should you wish to make an exchange or obtain a refund. There are no refunds or exchanges on Sale products, Helmets, head-wear items and some other items as detailed below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in original packaging with all tags still attached. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.

If you are approved, your refund or store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be refunded for the item(s) purchased only, not shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, we will offer you an exchange or instore credit if;

  • You return the item within 28 days of purchase
  • You produce the original online invoice
  • We do not offer refunds on change of mind.

The item is in resalable condition including;

  • All provided instruction manuals and accessories
  • The product is unworn, unused, unopened, has not been fitted and is in its original condition.
  • Any labels (sewn-in or tags) are still attached
  • In the case of electronic equipment, the original security seal or shrink wrap is intact
  • Footwear must be returned with its original, undamaged shoebox and must be shipped in a separate box. 

    If you have changed your mind about an item, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and you will receive a store Credit Note.

    Goods on which a change of mind return is not available are as follows;

    • Helmets, Headwear, Face Masks, Headsocks and Tubes
    • Underwear
    • Swimwear
    • Sale items

    These items can be returned if they are faulty.

    We will accept returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where:

    • The product is faulty or damaged
    • The product is not fit for its intended purpose
