Refund policy

Online Store Returns Policy

You may request an exchange or refund on your purchase by retaining your Invoice or Receipt. Please contact us should you wish to make an exchange or obtain a refund. There are no refunds or exchanges on Sale products or head-wear items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in original packaging with all tags still attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.

To return your product, you should mail it to: 28 William St, Beckenham, Western Australia AU 6107.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, we will offer you an exchange or refund if;
• You return the item within 28 days of purchase
• You produce the original online invoice
• The item is in resaleable condition including;
o All provided instruction manuals and accessories
o The product is unworn, unused, unopened, has not been fitted and is in it’s original condition.
o Any labels (sewn-in or tags) are still attached
o In the case of electronic equipment, the original security seal or shrink wrap is intact

If you have changed your mind about an item, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available are as follows;
• Helmets
• Underwear
• Swimwear
• Clearance items

These items can still be returned if they are faulty or do not match the description provided.

We will accept returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where:
• The product is faulty
• The product is not fit for it’s intended purpose
• The product does not match the description
