Perth & Rockingham Harley-Davidson is the official Harley-Davidson dealer in Perth and Rockingham, WA. Below are answers to the questions we get asked most about ordering, shipping, pick up, returns, sizing and warranty. Can't find your answer? Call 08 9458 6754 or contact us.
Ordering & stock
How current is the online stock?
Online stock quantities update daily. Occasionally an item sells in store before the website catches up. If that happens we'll let you know and refund you in full to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Are online and in-store prices the same?
Not always. The online store runs separately from the in-store merchandise department, so prices can differ, and in-store staff can't match online prices.
The size I want has sold out. Can you get more?
New H-D apparel arrives in limited size runs. Email marketing@perthhd.com.au and we'll check whether more is on the way.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We're an authorised Harley-Davidson dealer. Our clothing, gifts and accessories are genuine or officially licensed Harley-Davidson products. The exceptions are our own Perth and Rockingham dealer-branded merch and the other brands we stock, such as TKD, Johnny Reb, RST, Simpson, Bell, Biltwell, Shoei and Quad Lock.
What are dealer-branded items?
Tees, hoodies, wallets and collectables with Perth Harley-Davidson or Rockingham Harley-Davidson designs. You can only buy them from our stores and this website.
Shipping & delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on orders over $150.
What does shipping cost?
For orders under $150: within WA, standard is $14.95 and express is $24.95. To the rest of Australia, standard is $24.95 and express is $34.95.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 days with Australia Post. We pick, pack and ship Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, but not on public holidays. Keep that in mind if you order express on a weekend.
How do I track my order?
Your order confirmation email includes an Australia Post tracking number. If you can't find it, email marketing@perthhd.com.au.
Do you ship overseas?
No. We only ship within Australia at this stage.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Enter their Australian address at checkout.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout and pick your store:

When can I collect?
Please wait for your ready-for-pickup email before you come in. If your items need to move between our stores, we'll email you once they're ready at the store you chose.
Why is some stock pickup only?
Some large or heavy parts can only be collected in store. The product page will say if this applies.
Returns & exchanges
Can I exchange something that doesn't fit?
Yes, within 28 days of purchase if it's unworn and unused, has its tags attached, is in its original packaging, and you have your invoice. Email marketing@perthhd.com.au to start an exchange. For a change of mind we offer an exchange or store credit, not a refund.
What can't be returned for a change of mind?
Sale items, helmets, headwear, face masks, headsocks and tubes, underwear and swimwear. These can still be returned if they're faulty.
Who pays return shipping?
You do, and shipping costs aren't refunded. Boots must come back in their original, undamaged shoebox inside a separate shipping box. For items over $75 we recommend a tracked service.

What if my item is faulty?
We'll exchange or refund faulty or damaged products, or products that aren't fit for purpose. See our full Shipping & Returns policy.
Sizing
What sizing does Harley-Davidson use?
H-D MotorClothes use US sizing. Men's tees and hoodies run from S to 5XL in most styles. Women's run from XS to 2XL, with plus sizes 1W to 3W in selected styles (W means plus size, not tall). See our Men's Size Guide and Women's Size Guide.
How do H-D x KSCY tees fit?
They use Australian sizing and a slim cut, so size up if you want a relaxed fit.
Should I size up for a riding jacket?
If you'll wear a hoodie or armour underneath, try one size up.
How do boots fit?
Men's boots are US sizes 7–13, with half sizes in selected styles. Some styles fit large, so check the fit note on each product, or come in and try them on.
How do ring sizes work?
Our rings come in US sizes 9 to 13. A jeweller can measure your finger in a couple of minutes. If you're buying a ring as a gift, a gift voucher is the safer bet.
Helmets & riding gear
Are your helmets legal in Australia?
Yes. Every helmet we sell is road legal in Australia, certified to AS/NZS 1698 or ECE 22.05/22.06.
How do I choose a helmet size?
Measure around your head just above the eyebrows. A new helmet should feel snug all round without pressure points, because the lining beds in as you ride. If you're between sizes, come in to Beckenham or Rockingham and try a few on.
Can I return a helmet?
Not for a change of mind. For safety reasons, helmets can't be returned once they leave the store unless they're faulty.
Is every riding jacket protective gear?
No. Only garments labelled CE Certified PPE, or fitted with rated armour, count as protective. Check the Features section on each product.
Warranty
What warranty do Harley-Davidson products have?
The warranty runs from the date of purchase and covers factory defects:
- Leather garments: 5 years
- Functional outerwear, H-D helmets, FXRG helmets, rain gear and gloves: 1 year
- Casual outerwear, shirts, bags, wallets, jewellery and most accessories: 90 days
How do I make a warranty claim?
Bring or send the item to us with proof of purchase and we'll handle the claim. Repairs usually take about 2 weeks, and some can take 4–6 weeks. Normal wear and tear isn't covered. See Warranty Info for full details.
Parts & accessories
Will this part fit my bike?
Fitment is listed in each product description. If you're not sure, call our Parts team on 08 9458 6754 with your model, year and VIN, and we'll check the part number for you before you order.
Where are the bargain parts?
Clearance and hard-to-find parts are in the Garage Sale. Sale items can't be refunded or exchanged.
What do I need for a Quad Lock mount?
A Quad Lock case for your phone model, or the Universal Adaptor that sticks to the case you already have.
Gifts
Not sure what to buy a Harley rider?
A gift voucher lets them choose. You can pick an Online Store card or an in-store voucher for Perth or Rockingham. Wallets, keyrings, stickers and barware are easy gifts that don't need a size.
Can I add small items to a bigger order?
Yes. Stickers and other small items go in the same parcel at the same shipping price.
