Orders are emailed back to you as a PDF that can be printed or forwarded and used in store digitally. 

Terms & Conditions

  1. Redemption: Redeemable at Perth Harley-Davidson and Rockingham Harley-Davidson stores for merchandise. 
  2. Value: Vouchers are valid for the amount shown. Not redeemable for cash and no change given, except where required by law.
  3. Expiry: Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. This is the minimum expiry period under WA/Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date must appear on the voucher.
  4. Balance: Any unused balance remains on the voucher until expiry.
  5. Multiple use: Vouchers can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is used.
  6. Lost or stolen: Treat the voucher like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers will not be replaced unless proof of purchase and the voucher code are provided.
  7. Not reloadable or refundable: Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, or reloaded, unless required by law.
  8. Exclusions: Not valid for purchase of other gift vouchers. 
  9. Combining offers: May be used alongside other promotions where the promotion terms allow.
  10. Returns: Goods purchased with a voucher are subject to our standard returns policy. Refunds for returned goods will be issued as store credit or a replacement voucher.
  11. Online use: Enter the voucher code at checkout. Online vouchers are delivered by email. Perth Harley-Davidson is not responsible for incorrect email addresses supplied at purchase.
  12. Insolvency: Vouchers cannot be redeemed if the business ceases trading.
  13. Rights: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
